You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. pace88 relies on this information for account management, KYC compliance, and the processing of withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pace88 will treat any activity conducted through your account as authorised by you. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pace88 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain password security.

pace88 may, at any time and at our sole discretion, require you to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, Passport), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

The Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not use the Platform to conduct any business activity, generate systematic revenue outside of legitimate winnings, or provide gaming services to third parties.

You warrant that all information provided to pace88 — during registration, KYC, or at any other time — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk.

pace88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified Malaysian payment methods: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set in accordance with pace88's current transaction policy, which is displayed within your account portal. These minimums are subject to change at pace88's discretion.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. pace88 will only process withdrawals to payment methods that are registered in the account holder's own name. pace88 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals within 5 minutes and DuitNow/FPX bank transfers within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. pace88 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on transactions that appear suspicious or inconsistent with your stated profile. In such cases, we may freeze, delay, or decline transactions pending investigation, and may report activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

All promotional offers made available by pace88 are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming any bonus or promotional credit, you agree to be bound by both these general Terms and the specific promotion terms applicable to that offer.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. For example, a ×15 wagering requirement on an RM100 bonus means you must wager a total of RM1,500 before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.

While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum single-bet limit applies. This limit, typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500, will be specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any associated winnings.

Different game types contribute at different rates toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake, while table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10%–20%). The specific contribution rates for each promotion will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

All bonuses carry an expiry date, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain uncompleted at the time of expiry will be forfeited without compensation.

pace88 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of automated betting systems, or collusion with other players to exploit promotional terms.

All bets placed on the pace88 Platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules applicable to the relevant market.

A bet is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation within the Platform interface. In the event of a technical error or system failure during bet placement, pace88 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

pace88 reserves the right to alter odds and prices at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. In the event of a manifest pricing error — including but not limited to incorrectly published odds on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, or UFC markets — pace88 reserves the right to void such bets and return the applicable stake.

Bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous — commonly referred to as "palpable errors" or "palps" — will be voided by pace88 at our sole discretion. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled in the player's favour.

pace88 applies maximum payout limits per event and per settlement period. These limits are set at pace88's discretion and are communicated within the Platform. Winnings exceeding the applicable limit will be capped at the published maximum, with excess winnings forfeited.

pace88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools and policies form part of our responsible gambling commitment:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings.

All content on the pace88 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pace88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

The pace88 name, logo, and associated trademarks are proprietary marks belonging to pace88. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pace88 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Platform, including gambling losses.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Loss or corruption of data, including transaction records, arising from technical issues outside pace88's direct control.
• Losses attributable to third-party payment processing delays, errors, or failures.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

In all circumstances, pace88's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to pace88 during the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pace88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the account holder.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same player identity.
• Identification of underage gambling or falsification of age information.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (exclusive of bonus funds) remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any active fraud investigation.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Note that voluntary closure does not constitute a self-exclusion. If you wish to formally self-exclude, please request this separately and explicitly.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pace88's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies as determined by the applicable regulatory framework.

Players are reminded that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

pace88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, except where the nature of the change is material to your rights or obligations — in which case reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform or email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the changes. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent version of these Terms became operative.
